However, from time to time, I still get the questions … Does it really work? What are the most important things to do?

What’s imperative to understand when selling your home, is that Home Buyers start house hunting with a logical list of criteria, but the home they actually buy, is chosen largely on Emotion. Once a buyer “falls in love”, forget logic! And while people say they can see ‘potential’ in a home, the reality is, more than 85% can’t see the forest through the trees. Niagara Living – It’s All About Lifestyle

I won’t lie. At first, I was apprehensive about moving to St. Catharines from Oakville. I knew it was the right decision for us, but it was a difficult transition for me. Actually, some of my first thoughts included “WHAT were we thinking!?!” However, it didn’t take long for me to fall in love with the Niagara Region, and I can honestly say that I am now a very proud St. Catharines resident.

One of the many things I’ve come to love and appreciate about Niagara is the overwhelming sense of community here. Sometimes it seems I can’t go anywhere without stopping to talk to at least three people. And if I didn’t know them well before, I know I’ll leave feeling like I’ve just made a new friend.
